A 2,238 saleable square foot house at the Vineyard in Yuen Long recently sold for about HK$31.98 million, or HK$14,290 per ssf. Back in 2013, the vendor acquired the property for HK$31.8 million.
Meanwhile, a 4,599 ssf house on Blue Pool Road in Happy Valley fetched about HK$300 million, or HK$66,000 per ssf.
This three-story house, featuring five ensuite bathrooms, was built by Hang Lung Properties (0101), which developed 18 semi-detached houses at 23-29 Blue Pool Road.
Separately, Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) will launch an additional 74 apartments from its Park Yoho Genova project in Yuen Long on Sunday, with per-square-foot prices ranging from about HK$13,000 to HK$22,000.
The latest batch comprise flats with sizes from 489 to 1,061 ssf.
China Overseas Land & Investment (0688) will release for sale an additional 119 units on Sunday at its One Kai Tak project phase two. The latest batch features two and three-bedroom units, sized between 524 and 799 ssf, at an average per sq ft price of HK$24,400.
