Wheelock Properties is to sell by tender two houses next Monday in its Grand Napa project in Tuen Mun, sized at 1,781 square feet and 2,040 sq ft.
Eight houses were sold at prices ranging from HK$16,800 per sq ft to HK$20,458 per sq ft. The most recent transaction in the development involved a 2,018-sq-ft unit that sold at HK$35.33 million, or HK$17,500 per sq ft.
Completed in March this year, the development at 88 So Kwun Wat Road comprises 60 houses and 400 apartments. Since its launch 378 units have been sold, reaping HK$2.7 billion.
Meanwhile, Circle Property Development is to sell seven apartments by tender at Regent Hill in Happy Valley, including two duplex units sized at 1,454 sq ft with a 200-sq-ft platform. Regent Hill at 1 Luen Hing Street was completed in October 2015 and provides 82 units. Seventy six apartments have been sold since its launch, totaling HK$200 million. The highest priced apartment was sold at HK$38,800 per sq ft.
Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) is to sell seven 898-sq-ft units in Grand Yoho Phase 2 in Yuen Long on Sunday.
SHKP sold four apartments at 1,115 sq ft recently in the same development for prices ranging from HK$20,885 per sq ft to HK$21,667 per sq ft, or HK$23.3 million to HK$24.2 million.
In the secondary market, a 1,195-sq-ft flat in Marigold Gardens in Kowloon Tong recently changed hands at HK$20.5 million, or HK$17,155 per sq ft, said Midland Realty. The seller purchased the property for HK$7.23 million in 2000.
