Koolearn Tech sets up $1.83b IPO
Koolearn Technology, launches a Hong Kong initial public offering today of up to HK$1.83 billion with a minimum investment of HK$5,605. The firm will issue 164.5 million shares at the indicative price range between HK$9.3 and HK$11.1. Trading starts on the main board on March 28. Meanwhile, shares of Doumob (1917) surged 54 percent to HK$0.63 on its debut yesterday. Five stocks start trading today. Tasty Concepts (8096) traded 5.71 percent lower than its IPO price at HK$0.66 in the Bright Smart gray market last night. It begins trading on the growth enterprise market today. International Alliance Financial Leasing (1563) rose 7.06 percent to HK$0.91, Heng Hup (1891) fell 5 percent to HK$0.475, Binjiang Service (3316) slid 1.29 percent to HK$6.87, and China Risun (1907) ended flat at HK$2.8 in the gray market.
