238 more Sea To Sky flats put on market

<p>CK Asset (1113) has released 238 flats in the third price list of Sea to Sky in Lohas Park at an average HK$16,599 per sq ft after discounts and 4.9 percent higher than the first price list, after selling nearly all 462 flats offered in the first two batches.</p><p>The 238 flats measure between 468 sq ft and 1,075 sq ft with the cheapest costing HK$6.65 million, or HK$14,030 per sq ft, after discounts.</p><p>The developer has collected around HK$4.76 billion, after selling 456 out of 462 units in the first two batches.</p><p>Meanwhile, in Yuen Long, Road King Infrastructure (1098) has received occupation permit for Crescent Green. Road King has pocketed about HK$1.5 billion after selling 135 flats at the project.</p><p>In other primary deals, Grand Ming (1271) sold four flats at The Grand Marine in Tsing Yi over the weekend with a 432-sq-ft flat at the project going for HK$7.74 million, or HK$17,926 per sq ft.</p><p>In the secondary market, Centaline Property Agency recorded 15 secondary transactions at ten blue-chip housing estates over the past weekend, down by 16.7 percent week-on-week.</p><p>In Sheung Shui, a 1,488-sq-ft luxury house at Europa Garden sold for HK$12 million, or HK$8,065 per sq ft, hitting a three-year low, after HK$3 million was knocked off the asking price, according to Midland Realty. For comparison, a 1,459-sq-ft house at the project sold for HK$16.27 million, or HK$11,151 per sq ft, a year ago.</p><p>In Tung Chung, a two-bedroom flat at Century Link fetched HK$6.58 million, or HK$13,456 per sq ft, after HK$220,000 was cut from the asking price, with the vendor worried about the national security law, according to Midland Realty.</p><p>In the same district, a seller suffered a loss of nearly HK$700,000 over the sale of a 548-sq-ft flat at Caribbean Coast, after paying stamp duties and commission fees.</p><p>In Sai Ying Pun, a 459-sq-ft flat at Island Crest sold for HK$10.8 million, or HK$23,529 per sq ft, after HK$2.2 million was slashed from the asking price.</p><p>In Ma On Shan, a 988-sq-ft flat at Double Cove changed hands for HK$14.28 million, or HK$14,453 per sq ft, after HK$520,000 was cut from the asking price.</p><p>And in Tseung Kwan O, a 680-sq-ft flat at Lohas Park Phase 1 The Capitol fetched HK$9.2 million, or HK$13,529 per sq ft, after HK$300,000 was cut from the original asking price.</p>
